This month's post - surf cocktail is a delightful combination of Chamomile and Whiskey.
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 45 ml whiskey
- 1 cup hot water
- edible flowers
- 1 large ice cube
Method: Make a hot cup of boiling water and leave the Chamomile tea bag in for your desired amount of time (depending on how strong you want the Chamomile to taste). Add honey while tea is hot.
Once this is finished and cooled combine the remaining ingredients, garnish with some edible flowers and sip away!
